Terms of service

What this is

pay2plot is an entertainment livestream where every scene is generated by AI from viewer prompts. A payment buys one scene: your prompt joins the queue, the stream generates a video clip from it, and the clip airs for everyone watching. The bigger the payment, the longer the clip, within the limits shown on the page.

The service is operated by Daniil Bolotov, sole proprietor (“we”). Contact: qmaroongeorgia@gmail.com.

The deal

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, billing, taxes, and receipts, and their buyer terms apply to every purchase. We never see your card details.

Prompt rules

Prompts are moderated, by software and by a model acting as showrunner. The stream is safe-for-work: no sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic content, full stop. We also reject prompts that contain or request: illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate or harassment, credible threats, other people's personal data, or content that infringes someone's intellectual property. Rejected prompts are refunded. Moderation decisions are ours and final.

The output

Clips are machine-generated. They can be strange, off-target, or unintentionally funny; that is part of the show, not a defect. We may re-generate a failed clip and may adapt your prompt for continuity with the ongoing story. By submitting a prompt you allow us to display it, with the name you entered, on the stream, the stats page, and in archives of the stream.

Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase the claim is about.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
